Our exciting new programme for Friday evenings at Al-Mustafa organised jointly by Al-Mustafa Centre and Essential Islam...Let us introduce to you....SHIFA FRIDAYS Healing by the Recognition of the Rights of the Chosen One: Starting on Friday 14th February 2014 @ 7.30pm, and then every Friday thereafter - we will inshaAllah study, from cover to cover, Qadi 'Iyad's masterpiece, 'Kitab Ash-shifa', followed by dhikr, qasidahs and dua. Generally known by its short title, Ash-Shifa, this work was so highly admired throughout the Muslim world that it soon acquired a sanctity of its own for it is said: "if ash-Shifa is found in a house, this house will not suffer any harm...when a sick person reads it or it is recited to him, Allah, will restore his health."
