Baitul Hiqma: Reviving Islam’s intellectual heritage

On Friday 26th April, we’ll be welcoming the first of our speakers for the Baitul Hiqma series to the cave, Sayed Ali Abbas Razawi, an international speaker and teacher who uses his background in ethics, theology and spirituality as a tool to break down social barriers, create awareness and heal communities. Spending much of his time working with inter-faith groups, educational institutions and charity organisations, Sayed has also written extensively on the need for dialogue and the concept of religion in Christianity and Islam.

The focus of this talk will be on the spirit of pluralism within and beyond the Muslim community and how it’s reflected in the life and teachings of the Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) and their relevance to contemporary times.
